Solar calculator to calculate your solar system size
During the current situation, the electricity prices in Pakistan rise day by day. According to the world bank report Pakistan has the 40 GW solar potential. Now people want to shift towards renewable energy mainly solar energy. Most People are non-technical and face difficulty in selecting the size of the solar system.
To facilitate the users, I have developed a solar calculator with the help of Mr. Sarmad (BS CS student) for the estimation of the size of the solar system. By using this calculator a citizen has an idea about the size of the solar system as well as the prices of panels and backup batteries.

How to use the Appliance solat Load Calculator (step by step)
1-Find the calculator section
Look for the box titled “Appliance Load Calculator.”


2-Understand what it does
This tool adds up the Watts of the appliances you’ll run at the same time.
It shows the Subtotal (W) for each item and a Total Load (in Watts) at the bottom.
3-Add your appliances
- For each item you have (e.g., LED Bulbs, Fans, Refrigerator), use the + and − buttons to set the Quantity.
- If you don’t have an item, leave it at 0.
- You can also click in the box and type a number (only whole numbers).


4-Watch the subtotals
As you change the quantity, the Subtotal (W) on the right updates automatically (Watts × Quantity).
5-Repeat for all items you’ll use at the same time
Example: If at night you use 8 LED bulbs, 3 fans, and 1 refrigerator, fill those quantities and leave others at 0.


6-Check your Total Load
- The “Total Load (in Watts)” box shows the sum of all subtotals.
- This is the instant power your system must supply at that moment.
7-Click “GET A QUOTE”
The button shows your total and can be connected to your contact/quote flow.
